The individual classes are a great value, however, we are canceled on about 30-40% of the time. Management enables this and makes excuses for the chronic cancelations. We understand that things happen, but the constant cancelations have stunted our child's progress as it takes much longer than expected to see results because of said cancelations. To add insult to injury, if a parent cancels a class within 24hrs they are charged. If you want to see your kids swimming abilities rapidly improve, pick another place. The lower price is not worth it. The facility itself is great and the people that work there are kind. However, in the swimming dept. there doesn't seem to be much accountability. It took 3 weeks to find a new instructor after our previous instructor started not showing. My child missed about 5 weeks of instruction. It seemed like we were being punished for just wanting our instructor to show up.

My daughter has tried the dance hip hop class, and currently goes to the swim classes and basketball skills and drills. Dance hip hop was a joke serious waste of time. The instructor never had a plan, she was clearly making up whatever on the fly. There were too make “water breaks” for a 45min class. Then the last 10min they played floor is lava, which was really pointless because there were only 3 chairs in the room. Basketball skills and drills is total and complete chaos. These kids aren’t learning ANYTHING. The coach has clear favorites, he’ll allow certain kids to redo a drill as correction but other kids he will completely ignore. There should be more coaches for all these kids. Ratio is like 25 kids to 1 coach. If you’re are looking for a chance for your kid to exhaust themselves, or just a lil extra exercise it’s fine. Otherwise yea complete madness. Swim classes are Awesome!!!! The locker rooms are clean, staff are super friendly and helpful. The swim classes are well organized, I’m sure my daughter will be swimming by summer.

I have been bringing music to this community center for around ten years, I find that the staff there is extremely friendly and caring, the people I play for are seniors and many have been there for years, I see all they do for the community and I highly recommend it, there is also a pool and gym. We need more facilities like this in all our communities
